High School Debate involves preparing for, and attending tournaments, where you will debate against teams from other schools. Debate is a process that involves formal discussion on a particular topic.  Opposing arguments are put forward to argue for opposing viewpoints. Meets are usually after school, although there are a few Saturday meets. It is for high school students only. Students may earn a Trinity Letter for their work.

Debate season is September through January.
