2017 Summer Conditioning

  • 10:00 - 11:15 a.m. Monday - Thursday.
  • Typically, MW are lift days; TR are running days
  • Summer Conditioning is open to all Trinity Catholic students.
  • Running and weight lifting workouts will be varied by experience and age. As the summer progresses, Coach Vieyra will advance the workouts based on summer mileage and weight room attendance. This is done to help the new/younger kids and for injury purposes.
  • Summer conditioning is not mandatory but it isĀ highly recommended.
